Parts that our technicians use to repair your system are guaranteed for one (1) full year, by Perry Hall Heating & Air Conditioning Co., Inc. This also includes the labor to replace them. If similar symptoms occur in your unit within thirty (30) days of a repair there is not charge to reexamine the system.

When ever possible we use exact factory replacement parts. Sometimes to get a system up and running as quickly as possible, high quality universal parts are used when the warranty on the overall system is not affected. Our trucks carry a wide variety of brand specific parts and we are an authorized dealer for most of the major brands on the market. When parts need to be special ordered, quick acquisition and a completion of your repair is a top priority.

Our most reliable and best liked brands are Honeywell and Aprilaire. These are recognized national brands and are easy to operate. Also available are manufacturer brands like Trane, Carrier, York, Rheem, Ruud, and Lennox.

It is important that a thermostat is matched specifically to the system it will regulate. Some home improvement stores suggest it is easy to replace this strategic part of your home heating and cooling system. One of our highest occurrences of repairs, stems from incorrect choice or installation of a thermostat by a person not trained in home heating repair. Improper installation can actually cause electrical damage in you furnace.
